PUPPIES

I. Deposit and Payment

(a) The initial deposit serves to hold a puppy, with the date of delivery set at 8 wks of age.  This payment is ⅛ of the cost of your new puppy.  

(b) The second payment will be made within 10 days from the deposit date and represents ⅜ the cost of your new puppy.  

(c) Final payment is made at the time of puppy delivery, as mutually agreed and scheduled.  This final payment represents the final ½ of your puppy’s cost.  

If payment or definitive arrangements are not made in advance and a payment is missed, we’ll do our best to set acceptable and agreed terms.  Please note, we generally sale our puppies on the open market and our intent is to provide stable and loving homes for these amazing animals.  If a puppy’s new home is in question, we reserve the right to find the best re-homing option for our puppies, all rights reserved.  

II. Refunds

(a) Deposit only:  In the event circumstances change, and you’re no longer able to take delivery of a puppy, we will refund all but a $100 transaction and handling fee.   

(b) Deposit + additional funding:  In the event the deposit and additional funds have been paid to secure a puppy, the maximum amount we will hold as a transaction and handling fee will NOT exceed $250.  We will make every attempt to negotiate and communicate to ensure good outcomes for all parties and always strive to be fair and reasonable in our business dealings.
